Meet Donna, Your Public Speaking Ally
Hi I’m Donna, founder of The Evolve Co. and a leadership communication specialist with over 14 years’ experience helping people find their voice, build confidence and communicate with impact.
As a facilitator, speaker and podcast host, I love connecting with audiences and creating live experiences that make a lasting impact.
My approach starts with one simple belief: We shouldn't strive for perfection. We should strive for realness.
To stand in front of an audience with clear intentions, something valuable to share and the confidence to be ourselves. Because the most powerful speakers aren't necessarily the most polished. They're the ones who connect, make us think and make us feel something.
I know how nerves can hold you back and make you second-guess yourself. I've been there myself, and my own speaking journey has shaped the work I do with clients. It also inspired me to create our flagship speaking course, Authentic Impact, which since launching in 2017 has helped hundreds of people take the floor with confidence.
Whether you're preparing for a high-stakes presentation, speaking to a room full of people or stepping into the spotlight for the first time, we'll focus on helping you manage your nerves, trust your message and connect with your audience.
